..am aflat , trebuie sa il pun in o punga de plastic cu condimente dupa care il pun in microwave pentru vreo doua minute. Asta o sa il gateasca partial, dupa care pot sa il pun pe Goerge Foreman sa se gateasca shi sa ii dea culoare. :roll:

Plasticul e okay in microwave numai ca nu e prea bun pentru sanatate.

Ziti e o pasta fainoasa, putin mai groasa decat macaroanele dar mult mai scurta are vreo 2 cm lungime.

...Retzeta pentru Baked ziti - 4 persoane:


150 de grame de pasta
150 de grame de urda (ricotta, nu stiu daca aveti din aia in cutie, Pollyo)
15 grame de branza parmesan (faramitata)
1/3 borcan de sos de spaghete fara carne
100 de grame de branza mozzarella, rasa


Gatesti pasta in felul descris pe cutie shi o pui deoparte (scurgi apa de pe ea)
Intr-un castron amesteci branza (mozzarella, ricotta shi un sfert din parmegiano). Intr-un vas in care poti sa pui in cuptor, ungi fundul cu ceva ulei sa nu se arda shi pui jumatate di sosul de spaghete ca sa acopere fundul la vas. peste sos pui pasta dupa care pui amestecul de branza, o lingurita de parmegiano shi acoperi din nou cu sosul de spaghete. Continui asha pana termini ingredientele shi dai la cuptor pentru vreo 45-50 de minute la o temperatura de 190 de grade celsius sau 375 F.

Am retinut atat... fasolea se fierbe o data, apoi tata o scoate si o curata de ''cuticule'' sau pielita aia a ei... apoi o pune intr-o apa noua si o lasa la fiert.... pune legumele.... costita... ba nu intai costita si apoi legumele
Asa..... problema este la mirodenii, nu stiu in ce cantitate si cand (mai ales tarhonul) dar lui ii iese super.
Cica trebuie sa stii cand e fiarta carnea si fasolea...
Sa stii cand sa le pui... :nustiu:

besamel - ce inseamna asta?

Acuma: ce idei puteti voi sa imi dati pentru o masa de Craciun, dar nu ma luati cu sarmale (chiar daca imi curg balele pana la genunchi dupa ele) shi cu cozonac (acu leshin) ca astia ("soacra") nu le are cu astea.
Ma gandesc la ceva retete cu peste, sunt sigura ca Nemo shi Marius au ceva pe maneca shi cate ceva garnituri pentru peste....ma rog cam ce pareri aveti voi.

Acum recitind pe aici mi s-a facut dor de Niki :cray:

Besamel=sos Bechamel (IMG:/biggrin.gif)

Ingrediente:
5 linguri unt, 5 linguri faina, 1,5 l lapte, putina nucsoara, un galbenus, sare, piper

Mod de preparare
Se pune intr-o oala untul sa se topeasca, se adauga faina si se caleste putin amestecand bine cu telul de sosuri sa nu se faca cocoloase. Apoi se adauga putin cate putin laptele amestecand incontinuu, condimentele si cand se ia de pe foc se adauga galbenusul.

Incerc sa trimit si niste retete pentru peste daca mai apuc. (IMG:/laugh.gif)
