eu asta am gasit ... nu e de gulie dar e de vara cu O gulie (IMG:/tongue.gif)

Supa de vara

1/2 varza alba, 100 g ciuperci, 1 gulie, 1 morcov, 1 fir de praz, 3 cartofi, 1 lingura de unt, 2 l apa calda, sare, piper boabe, patrunjel verde

Varza se spala si se taie fasii, apoi se freaca putin cu sare, se spala iar si se scurge. Se pune intr-o cratita cu untul si se lasa sa se inmoaie, pe foc mic, 10 min. Morcovul, gulia si prazul se spala si se taie fideluta sau rondele si se pun peste varza. Ciupercile se spala, se taie felii subtiri si se pun sa dea cateva clocote cu apa calda si sare. Se adauga peste zarzavat si se stinge totul cu apa calda. Se acopera vasul si se fierbe pe foc mic 15 min., dupa care se pun cartofii taiati cuburi mici, se sareaza si se continua fierberea app. 45 min. In supa se pun cateva boabe de piper. Supa se serveste calda, cu verdeata tocata deasupra si crutoane de paine prajita.

Cred ca se poate carne de pui pentru cirba de gulii :roll:





Nu am incercat sa fac lasagna nici o data :oops:
Cine are o retzeta vegetariana sau curcan pentru lasagna? (nu am voie sa mananc carne de porc sau de vita :cry:)

Hmm, nu trebuie sa fie greu. Sosul de carne de la Lasagne e lafel ca cel de la spagete. Nu cred ca e o problema sa folosesti carne de pui. Oricum ideea e interesanta, am sa incerc cu carne de pui sa vad cum iese.

Mib tu vorbeai de lasagna sau de ciorba? Eu am spus carne de pui pentru ciorba de gulii. Pentru lasagna am spus carne de curca (IMG:/biggrin.gif)

12 ardei nu prea mari, 1 pahar orez, 1 morcov ras, 3 cepe, 3 linguri ulei, 1 lingura patrunjel si marar tocat, 750 gr. rosii, faina, sare, piper

Mod de preparare
Se moaie ceapa tocata in doua linguri de ulei, se adauga orezul spalat si se lasa sa se prajeasca pina incepe sa se ingalbeneasca. Se toarna putina apa, lasind pe foc pina cind orezul incepe sa se umfle. Se ia de la foc si se adauga morcovul ras, sarea, piperul si verdeata. Se umplu ardeii spalati, cu cotorul scos si scuturati de seminte, cu orezul astfel preparat. Se asaza in cratita si se toarna peste ei un sos preparat dintr-o bucatica de ceapa taiata marunt, o lingura ulei si zeama de la 750g rosii fierte si strecurate. Se amesteca cu sarea, patrunjelul si mararul tocat. Se pun la fiert la foc mic (sau la cuptor) pina ce sint gata si sosul este scazut.

Auzi dar cu carnea ce ai facut? Eu ma gandeam la ardei umpluti cu carne shi cu orez shi mai stiu eu ce mirodenii shi tu imi dai morcovi :drink:

Ardei umpluti :

Ingrediente
8 ardei grasi, spalati, cu capacul taiat si semintele scoase, 100 gr orez, 400 gr rosii decojite taiate marunt ( sau o conserva de rosii maruntite), 1 legatura marar, 1 legatura patrunjel, 200 gr carne tocata de pui, 1 lingura de menta proaspata tocata ( sau o lingurita de menta uscata si maruntita), sare, piper, 1 lingura ulei masline, 50 gr pasta de rosii
Mod de preparare
Se amesteca orezul cu carnea tocata, verdeata tocata marunt, rosile si uleiul. Se umplu ardeii. Se asaza intr-o oala, pe un singur rind. Pasta de rosii se dilueaza cu apa si se toarna pe deasupra. Se gatesc pe aragaz, in oala acoperita.

Lasagna de pui ( cam o ora jumate dureaza )

Ingrediente
9 foi de lasagna, 1 ceapa rosie taiata fin, 100 g ciuperci taiate lamele, 1 catel de usturoi (zdrobit), 350 g piept pui sau curcan taiat in cuburi, 150 ml vin rosu diluat in 100 ml apa, 250 g de suc de rosii, 1 lingura de zahar
Sos bechamel: 75 g unt, 50 g faina, 1 ou batut, 600 ml lapte, 75 g parmesan, sare, piper
Mod de preparare
Intr-o cratita cu ulei se prajesc ceapa si usturoiul (3-4 minute), se adauga ciupercile si puiul si se lasa 4-5 minute. Se pune vinul si se lasa sa fiarba cu totul 5 minute. Se adauga sosul de rosii si zaharul si se fierbe pana e gata carnea.

Ingrediente
1 ? l apa, 1-2 gulii mari, 2 lingurite unt, 1 lingurita faina, 1 pahar smintina, sare, 1 ? lingurita marar tocat
Mod de preparare
Guliile curatate si spalate se taie felii foarte subtiri, se fierb in apa pina se inmoaie si se trec prin sita, subtiind cu apa in care au fiert. Se pune din nou la foc si cind incepe sa fiarba, se adauga untul si smintina in care s-a dizolvat o lingurita de faina. Dupa ce mai da 2-3 clocote se potriveste de sare si se presara mararul tocat Se serveste cu orez fiert separat, spalat cu apa rece, sau cu crutoane.

Supa de gulii cu carne


Ingrediente
1 pui sau (1 kg carne de vitel sau miel), 2 gulii mari, o lingura ulei, patrunjel tocat, 1 ou, 1 lingura zahar, sare
Mod de preparare
Se taie in bucati puiul sau alta carne si se fierbe in doi litri apa cu o lingura sare. Cit timp fierbe carnea, se taie guliile in forma de taietei si se pun intr-o cratita, cu o lingura ulei si o lingura zahar pisat, pentru a se praji inabusit, adaugind din cind in cind cite una-doua linguri supa. Guliile astfel pregatite, vor fi mai mult fierte inabusit decit prajite. La sfirsit, se adauga in supa si guliile, lasind sa mai fiarba circa 15 minute si presarind cu patrunjel tocat. Se bate oul in supiera si se drege supa.

Ciorba de perisoare din carne de pasare


Cantitati: 500 ml apa, 250 g carne cu os, o ceapa, un morcov, 1/3 lamaie, o lingurita de orez, un patrunjel verde, 1/2 galbenus, o lingurita de lapte
Se spala carnea, se alege de pe os si se trece de doua ori prin masina de tocat. Se pun oasele la fiert, dupa ce se ia spuma se pun zarzavaturile iar cand acestea sunt fierte se pun perisoarele din carne, patrunjel, galbenus lapte si eventual putina sare. Se mai adauga orezul, iar dupa ce au fiert perisoarele se ia ciorba de pe foc, se pune inca o jumatate de galbenus si se acreste cu zeama de lamaie

CIORBA DE OS DE PORC AFUMAT, CU TARHON


Ingrediente:
-1 kg os cu carne afumata
-2 cepe
-3 morcovi
-zarzavat de ciorba
-sare
-orez
-2 galbenusuri de ou
-3 linguri de samantana
-tarhon
-otet de mere

Preparare:
Se alege un os cu carne afumata, care se taie in bucati potrivite. Se pune la fiert in apa rece cu sare si se spumeaza.
Dupa spumare se adauga zarzavatul de ciorba, ceapa si morcovul taiate cuburi marunte.
Se lasa sa fiarba, iar spre sfarsit se adauga cateva boabe de orez. Cand totul este fiert se ia de pe foc.
Separat, se bat galbenusurile cu smantana si tarhonul taiat marunt si se adauga in ciorba impreuna cu otetul de mere, dupa gust.
