Cel mai bun sport...e cel practicat de mine in fiecare dimineata ...adica...MERSUL PE JOS (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
mers pe jos la servici si intors p[e jos de la servici...fiecare drum facut fiind de o lungime de 3 km...in total...pe zi...6km

acu depinde cat de fortazt e...cat de repede te trezesti sa ajungi la serva...depinde de dorinta de a ajunge la serva...is multe-n joc
daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar...m-ai depasit la kilometraj (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Cred ca banda este cea mai buna solutie , te ajuta sa slabesti , iti mareste rezistenta ,mareste cutia toracica (daca mai esti tanar) , circulatia sangelui si multe alte avantaje .

Dupa cate am invatat si auzit cred ca inotul este considerat unul dintre cele mai bune sporturi pentru sanatate , si cel mai importamt la inot este ca toti muschii si articulatiile sunt puse in miscare fara a a ridica greutati reducand astfel tensiunea la nivelul acestora, riscul de accidente totodata scazut , si sa nu mai vorbim de gravitatea corpului in apa .
